Refund Policy

Digital Products
All sales of digital products on 313SESSIONS are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This includes prompts, templates, datasets, agent flows, workflows, and any downloadable artifact.
We offer refunds in the following situations only:
- You were charged but the product was never delivered or accessible
- The product is materially different from what was described in the listing
- You request a refund before accessing or downloading the product
- A technical error on our platform resulted in a duplicate charge
Services
For service listings (consulting, fine-tuning, implementation), refund terms are set by the individual seller and must be agreed upon before work begins. GTM LLC is not responsible for service delivery disputes beyond facilitating communication between buyer and seller.
Subscriptions
Seller Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@313sessions.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order ID
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant evidence (screenshots, error messages)
We review all requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension. We take fraud seriously and cooperate fully with financial institutions to dispute unauthorized chargebacks.
